We provide digital social media marketing (SMM) services that are delivered instantly or within a short timeframe; therefore, cancellations are generally not possible once an order has started.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if an order fails to start or is not delivered within the stated timeframe.
Partial refunds may be considered if an order is only partially delivered, depending on service terms.
No refunds will be given for completed or successfully delivered services, even if the results later drop, unless the service includes an explicit guarantee.

3. Account Balance
Funds added to your BirdSMM account wallet are non-refundable.
Wallet balance must be used to purchase services on our panel and cannot be withdrawn back to your payment method.

4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at birdsmmofficial@gmail.com.
Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support first may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Cancellation
Orders that have already been placed and started cannot be cancelled.
If an order has not yet started, you may request cancellation by contacting our support team. Approval is at our discretion.
